Consultation live

We are at the very early stages of developing our proposal for Carreg Wen Wind Farm. We are now staging our first informal consultation, sharing more detailed information about our early plans and surveys, and holding online consultation and in person events.

Come along to our in-person consultation events to talk to the team and make use of our digital software which will let you see how the wind farm would look in the local landscape: 

Sharing your views

We think that the best time to complete a feedback form is after you’ve been to one of our events or visited the virtual exhibition. 
At our events there will be detailed information boards along with a visualising tool so you can get an idea of how the project would look in the local landscape. Our team will also be on hand to chat with you about the project. Then you’ll be best placed to share your views with us.

Longer term community engagement

We will also be out and about meeting people and attending local events, to raise awareness of the project and hear from people how we can make this the best project for the local community and for Wales. 

In just over a year, we expect to undertake a statutory pre-application consultation where we will present our full draft planning application providing members of the public and statutory consultees the chance to give feedback.
